First of all, pls note how all the "Good" reviews are all made on almost the same date-20th April'2010. The reviews are certainly fake/paid. I took a maid from them 3 months back, and the maid that came was very nice and worked properly for first 10 days. But soon she became excessively demanding with an endless list of things and her new time considerations. Being just a couple living together we don't have much work but she started leaving things undone. Then demanded to go on a leave (they have a 1 leave a month rule) which we didn't have a problem with so we sent her when the agent came to pick her up. Haven't seen her since that day. The agent says she has gone back to the village but we know she is employed somewhere else, as we just happened to see her with another family in a mall (fate).We were promised a refund on commission but have not received it yet and no replacement ANOTHER FRAUD AGENCY. The person handling the query, herself sounded, untrained. Was blaming Sulekha, for listing them under part time help provider when they don't

We have recruited one residential maid from this business . she is well trained and professional in this job. Her work is hygienic type and we are happy to hire this person. Satisfactory service we got from this agency.
