Caroline Movers

One of the worst experience I had with movers and packers. Made a deal for door to door services with agreed upon amount and paid the full amount before they started from Kolkata. After unloading done, suddenly the crew started demanding extra money. Once we refused to give extra money, they started asking for Toll Tax and everything after discussing with Mr Peter. Nothing like that was ever mentioned to me even once. While contacting with Mr. James, he started saying that it is understood that customer will pay the taxes. He started abusing me when I asked for justification and refused to pay any extra money. Anyone who is willing to book their services, please ensure to get every small details including toll tax. Else you also have to face such nonsense. Totally disappointed!!!

Within city from Haldiram to South City i had relocated my household goods from Caroline Packers and they had charged Rs9000.The loading and unloading was done by them on the same day we had a safe move.

Santoshpur to Raipada location my goods were delivered through Caroline Movers ,they had sent 7 people to handle the goods and the delivery was done safely,they charged me Rs5000 only,I am happy with this service.

these packers and movers are very good and they give a gurantee on no breakage of products will be there
