In India, getting a good customer service is a luxury we can't afford. But how about a little humanity? I had to deal with Mr Amol Dhindle from this branch. And truly, I have not slept in peace since then. My loan process is delayed, he asked for extra Rs 19400 after I signed the documents (when I resisted, Mr Amol said why am I buying house when I do not have money?). Then he made spelling mistake on my cheque which is not recovered till date. These are just issues related to lacking work ethics and incompentency. But Mr Amol Dhindle misbehaved with me and my father. He laughed on my father while he was politely requesting him to process things faster. Overall, in my life, I have not come across someone this bad. I write this in extreme mental agony sitting unaware if I'll get my cheque or not since as per Mr Amol Dhindle he already have mentioned "kar lo jo karna hai nahi milega cheque".

MANNERLESS The staff of the Swargate office is the worse you'll find in the country. Their phones are always unanswered. They literally treat customers as beggars who have come to their shop to ask for money. The loan agents here have no shame or respect for people. I thought the experience was bad only for me, but then I checked the google reviews of this branch, guess what, they have a 1.2 star rating and the things mentioned in reviews are so true. My brother has taken loan from here and he literally cried few months ago because of the way their agents harrassed him. I can write the review now because my brother got rid of these mannerless people and switched his loan to a better lender. He lucky got the loan in same interest rate but he was ready to switch even if the other bank would charge him more - this was the level of his frustration. My suggestion for anyone who is looking for home loan is avoid LIC even if you end up paying extra somewhere else.

Got home loan from this GIC Housing Finance Ltd..documentation charge was very modest rate.they did the work very quickly in order to get the loan fastly.staff member was very cooperative and very friendly moving to the customer.there was a quick response to the customer since the customer satisfactions was very important.good service by them
