This is one of worst agency I have dealt with. Their servants are lazy and pathetic so guys pls do a proper background check before hiring from them n also check on the health of the servants n where they r coming from. Their servants are not worth even paying 5k a month n they r demanding 10/12/15k for doing nothing as they can?t make a cup of tea nor can cut a pyaaz. I?m really repenting for contacting them. The owner n office staff don kno how to treat a client once the regn money is given they will make u dance like a puppet - so guys pls be cautious n this is my honest feedback it?s been 5 months of hell for me ever since I paid them in July.

Advice - BEWARE, Dont hire through this agency. This agency is a bunch of fraud persons in which both agency member and maids are involved. The contact person 'Shyam' is the spearhead of their fraud business. Details - I hired them to look for a nanny. They sent a good maid for the first month and took their commission of one month salary. After that the maid started taking frequent leaves and after taking first month salary, she just disappeared. The agency doesn't own the quality of maids sent by them. All they are interested is to take the commission of one month salary. They may present you a 'contract' document but actually it is only a piece of rubbish. They do not own the terms of their contract.

Good service from "Naia Recruitment Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Andheri West". I approached them to take care of my child. They provided a lady who is overall good and taking care of my child very well with responsibility. They charged Rs. 13000 as one-time registration fees and Rs. 13000 as monthly salary for the lady. They should improve their service with more understanding of the user requirements.
