Saitel Systems responded on the same day. They set right the circuit problem of our Matrix EPABX of our office. Their bill came up to 250Rs only which was worth their services.

Our commercial department have finally purchased the Panasonic EPABX . Totally we have 3*10 lines through them. On comparing the price with other vendors we found this people to be on the better side at rates.

Saitel Systems did respond well when we had requested for EPABX for our office. We wanted 4 lines initially but they did not give the provision for VOIP calls. So we did not hire them. We are looking out for the vendor who could give that option as well
