I have subscribed for an year which include 3 services. But I didn't get any communication for 2nd or 3rd service. Suddenly today I got call for subscription renewal, when I asked for my last year services lady replied me "we will give service only if you renew the subscription" it looks like I have lost all my money.

There is no difference in the cockroach problem even after getting it done twice within 2 weeks. Their service response is very poor. They did not send the person even after my follow up with them at least once in a week. Now they are saying that since 2 months are passed, they would not do any support. In fact 2 months are passed following up with them to send their person. I will submit a complaint with Consumer Forum.

Even after pest treatment the problem persists. There has been no inspection after treatment as was promised to us. After treatment on two occassions the same problem has erupted and there is no positive assurance from them
