Having 18 years of practicing experience in this field. Explaining all probabilities to the client and leaving to the discretion of the client to take the decision, is my way of approach in practice. With that approach, some times it may lead to a situation that it is not necessary for the client to file the case, rather can resolve the issue through alternative dispute reddressal mechanism and I may not get the case and fee. No worry...I believe that giving proper advise is warranted in the best interest of the client who approach me.
