My entire flat at Nishant Building, Altamount road was leaking since 2015 due to above private terrace and exterior walls during rains, I appointed Universal Waterproofing Works for fixing the same from my flat itself due to dispute with above flat owner, they suggested me PU injection grouting and they executed the same last monsoon, I am giving this feedback after a year nearly in the mid of 2nd monsoon since 2 days back entire Mumbai was flooded and there is not a single droplet of water in my house.
